Our Harrowing Story
Residents rely on other family members and CCTV to enter garden safely to hang washing out. When in Garden clicking is heard and that is James Ritchie at Kitchen Back Door or opening upper window to stalk residents.
When washing is hung out Ritchie sends child out into garden who sets up garden hose and starts watering garden and washing push bike and sprays water over high hedge onto residents washing and residents needing to rewash clothes and put in tumble dryer.
On one occasion hanging washing out the children appeared with water guns and started spraying water all over hedge, residents back door and washing, residents waited until Tenants went inside and retrieved washing and could smell a bleach smell and clothes were dyed white and after washing had to be recycled.

Residents Clothes lines cut on three separate occasions by Tenants and elected Gardener stopping residents hanging out washing and residents resorting to use a Air Rotary Dryer that is not in reach of Tenants and use Tumble Dryer at residents cost.
Tenants claimed washing Poles and cut Residents lines off poles although Poles are within residents property and installed by resident and not communal poles. Land Survey proved position of poles on residents property.
Tenants have cameras and when seeing resident female entering garden started walking around communal footpath wearing underwear with genitals hanging out and exposing private parts towards residents or open upper window and stare out at residents in garden or throw objects at residents. Ritchie thought it was female in garden and male resident with child walked down garden and found Ritchie at back door exposing himself and genitals. Ritchie admitting in Sheriff Court that he walks around outside in underwear and thought that was normal and did not see anything wrong with that.
